By joining the waitlist or using the service at launch, you agree to these terms.

The marketplace connects recruiters with employers. Employers pay no upfront platform fee to open a role. Recruiter bounties are held in escrow and released according to the payout schedule shown in the product.

Waitlist access grants a 14-day full trial at launch. Public launch access without the waitlist grants a 3-day trial. Trials do not constitute a paid subscription.

You must not submit candidate data without a lawful basis, and you must not game match scores, fabricate intake, or misrepresent CTC, notice period, or location.

RecruitOwl.in may suspend accounts that abuse intake links, spam candidates, or attempt to bypass escrow.
