Recruiter Guidelines

Recruiters are the quality gate on RecruitOwl. You trigger intake. You do not dump unverified inbound onto an employer.

Only source candidates you have spoken with or who have completed the structured intake. CTC, notice period, and location must match what the candidate confirmed.

Do not run parallel submissions of the same candidate to competing bounties without disclosure. Do not rewrite match scores. Do not contact candidates from another recruiter's active intake.

Bounties pay after a hire is confirmed and the escrow hold expires. Priority bounty allocation at launch is reserved for waitlist recruiters who complete profile verification.
